Our Philosophy of movement and training is to explore and unlock the possibilities of physical and mental performance

Whether you are coming from a place of pain, new to fitness or a well-seasoned athlete, the sessions will tap into your body’s innate ability to adapt and flourish to increased physical and mental demands.

Rick Utilises and combines current evidence based scientific research in Osteopathic treatment, Rehabilitation, Movement & Training to create a program individually designed to take you, the client on a liberating journey from a ‘pain state’ to realising your full physical potential.

The training sessions challenge you both physically and mentally while you explore the possibilities of all facets of fitness, tailored to the many natural differences from person to person with respect to how we move, our biomechanics, our postures, our architecture, strengths and weaknesses.

An integral part to the training is for us to identify:

  • how your bodies cope with imposed physical demands

  • how you recover

  • how to prevent injury

  • how you progress these abilities and ultimately

  • how you maintain a strong, agile body moving forward through the years.
