REHABILITATION

As a continuation of Osteopathic treatment, the Exercise Rehabilitation journey initially takes you through movements specific to pain inhibition and pain management through to more advanced drills specifically designed to improve balance, strength, movement, range of motion, speed and agility.

The type of exercise prescription is totally dependent on the clients’ ability, preferences and goals.

Once all these are taken into account, a plan is formulated with gradual increases in intensity to get the best out of the program.
