Trained in remedial, sports, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, and magnesium massage, Grace works closely with the rest of The Movement Philosophy team to support your recovery and longevity. Her sessions feel grounded, intentional, and quietly skilled.

We've helped 1000’s of people over the 30+ years, from athletes, desk workers, post-surgical rehab clients, and people who simply want to feel better in their body. Not just because something is broke, but because they're done settling for how they've been feeling. They want to feel the best they possibly can. Give yourself one hour! It will make the other 167 hours in the week feel a lot easier to push through.
Grace works alongside an osteopath, rehabilitation specialist, a Sonographer and an onsite doctor, specialising in Longevity. So if something needs more than massage, you're already in the right place.

You're in control the whole way through — you set the pressure, and comfortable work does the same job as firm work at a cellular level, minus the wincing. There's nothing to flush and nothing that needs to be found and broken; your results come from your nervous system settling and your tissue responding, not from pain tolerance. It starts with a quick conversation about your goals, then a genuinely evidence-backed session:

Wear whatever's comfortable to arrive in. On the table, you'll undress to your comfort level, usually down to underwear for remedial work, and you'll be draped with a towel the entire time, with only the area being worked on exposed. Grace will step out of the room while you get on and off the table. It's designed to feel private and comfortable at every step.

Book the version and the schedule you'll actually stick to; that's the one backed by the evidence —
